During Race Week, La Broche by Bocuse brings the spirit of Lyon to Yas Marina with a luxurious rotisserie experience inspired by Paul Bocuse’s legendary savoir-faire. At the heart of the menu stands the iconic Bresse chicken, roasted and carved tableside, the haute couture of poultry celebrated for its rarity and exceptional flavor.
